Do you like keeping your Goldback purchases on a regular schedule? Well we've got you covered! With this monthly subscription box you'll receive a varied selection of physical Goldbacks delivered right to your door. Just select the amount that you wish to receive and leave the rest to us.

We'll hand select a variety of different states and denominations to keep your collection well rounded and growing. You may receive a combination of different Goldbacks with either classic artwork or the modern style, small denominations or large, alpha or non-alpha. The surprise is half the fun!

No matter which Goldbacks you receive they will match the dollar amount you selected, based on Goldback MAP price (~3.4% off daily exchange rate) at the time our trade desk places the wholesale order, which occurs around the 5th of each month. This ensures you receive the lowest possible price for Goldacks anywhere. We then prepare and ship the contents directly to you around the 15th of each month.

If you order other items at the same time as the subscription box all items will ship together with your next subscription box.

When do I get billed?

You will be billed immediately upon check-out on our online portal and again every month on the 5th after your initial purchase.

Ex. If you ordered on the 25th, you will be charged right then for your first box, which will also ship at that time. You will be billed again on the 5th, with your 2nd box shipping around the 15th. You are on normal billing cycle from here.

I just ordered a box, will I be billed again on the 5th?

Yes. Customers who ordered their first box before the 1st of the month will be automatically added in our billing cycle on the 5th. This is to get you on track with the rest of our customers.

Ex. If you ordered on the 25th, you will be charged right then for your first box, which will also ship at that time. You will be billed again on the 5th, with your 2nd box shipping on the 15th. You are on normal billing from here.

My package didn't ship!

All orders must be placed before the 1st of the month to ship out on the 15th. If you place an order after the 1st of the month, your 1st order will ship right then, with your 2nd subscription box starting the following month billed on the 5th. 

Example:

1st order placed on October 4th, paid and shipped at the time of order.
Billing cycle starts on November 5th.
2nd order ships around November 15th.
You are now on track with all customers.

How do I know exactly how many Goldbacks I will get in my box?

The amount/value of the Goldbacks you receive is directly equivalent to the dollar value of your subscription box. We book your rate around the 5th of the month based on the official Goldback daily exchange rate, minus ~3.4%. Since the price of gold (thus Goldbacks) fluctuates daily it's impossible to say exactly how many Goldbacks you will receive month to month. However, you will always get the full value rounded in your favor to the nearest 1/4 Goldback. 

Example:

1st order placed on October 4th for $200 subscription box
The Goldback daily exchange rate on October 4th is $9.50, your rate is $9.50 x 0.96 = $9.12
$200 / $9.12 = 21.92, rounded = 22 Goldbacks the 1st month, shipped at the time of order.
The following month the Goldback daily exchange rate on November 5th is $9.25, your rate is $9.25 x 0.96 = $8.88
$200 / $8.88 = 22.52, rounded = 22.75 Goldbacks the 2nd month, shipped on November 15th.

How many Goldback will I get if I purchase the "One-time" box option?

We calculate the Goldbacks you receive for the "One-time" option using the same formula as the monthly subscription box. The rate is calculated based on Goldback MAP price (~3.4% off daily exchange rate) at the time you place your order.

I'm trying to use Goldbacks as payment for a subscription box but it won't let me select it?

This happens if you try to select any form of payment other than PayPal or credit cards for reoccurring subscription box. However, you may select any form of payment for the "One-time" purchase option.

How do I cancel my account?

We purposely made cancellation a simple task to avoid being that subscription you can never get rid of. There is absolutely no contractual obligation or cancellation fee associated with our subscription service. You can cancel by logging into your account or by contacting a support representative. Please notify us your intentions of cancelling 48 hours before your next billing date.
