1. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Eclectic Coins ships via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar carriers. All packages are fully insured. Signature confirmation may be required for higher-value orders. Typical delivery time is 1–10 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.

2. Free Shipping
Free shipping is included on all domestic orders over $199. This applies to standard shipping methods.

3. Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee. Select your preferred method at checkout.

4. International Shipping
We currently focus on domestic shipping within the United States. International shipping is available on a limited, case-by-case basis. All duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Tracking
Tracking information is provided via email upon shipment. You can monitor your package through the carrier’s website.

6. Insurance
All packages are fully insured. In the event of loss or damage in transit, we will handle the claim with the carrier. We may reship the order or issue a refund at our discretion. Please refuse any visibly damaged packages from the carrier when possible and contact us immediately.

7. Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days after payment has cleared. For eligible payment methods, we offer QuickShip-style expedited processing where available.

8. Risk of Loss
Once your order has been shipped, the risk of loss passes to the buyer (subject to our insurance coverage). Eclectic Coins is not responsible for packages if you instruct the carrier to leave them unattended (e.g., “leave at door”).

9. Shipment Combining and Splitting
We reserve the right to combine or split shipments as needed for efficient fulfillment. You will be notified if your order is split.
