1. Return Window

Notify us within 5 business days of delivery for refunds/exchanges. Items must be in original, unopened packaging and unchanged condition.

2. Process

Contact customer service first for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without RA may be rejected.

3. Refunds

Issued after receipt and inspection. Original shipping/handling is non-refundable. Restocking fees (e.g., 5%) may apply. Bitcoin/crypto refunds at USD equivalent at processing time.

4. Market Loss Policy

Due to price volatility, returns/exchanges/cancellations may incur a market loss fee (difference in price) plus a restocking/cancellation fee (e.g., greater of $50 or 5% of order). Market gains belong to us.

5. Exceptions

No returns on final-sale items, opened bullion, or custom orders. Damaged/tampered shipments: Contact us immediately (within 48 hours) with photos.
