By participating, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not participate.

1. Eligibility

1.1. Open only to legal residents of the United States (including D.C.) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation.

1.2. Not open to:

• residents of jurisdictions where this type of promotion is prohibited or restricted;
• employees, contractors, and agents of Sponsor, and members of their immediate households (to the extent applicable under local law).

1.3. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

1.4. One natural person may participate under their own social accounts only. Fake accounts, bots, purchased engagement, or multiple accounts used to exceed the reward limits may be disqualified.

2. Promotion overview

2.1. Eligible participants who complete the Entry Requirements (Section 3) may receive one (1) free ¼ Idaho Goldback (the “Reward”), subject to the quantity limits in Section 5.

2.2. The Reward is a physical ¼ (one-quarter) Idaho Goldback of the type featured in Sponsor’s public “washing machine” stress-test video. Notes are circulated / used test pieces from that demonstration; they are not sold as new, graded, or “gem uncirculated” product. Appearance, wear, residual marks, or other condition consistent with stress testing may vary.

2.3. Approximate retail value (ARV) of one Reward is the then-current retail/spot-related market value of a ¼ Idaho Goldback (typically on the order of a few U.S. dollars of gold content plus premium; actual market value fluctuates). No cash alternative is offered except where required by law.

3. How to enter (Entry Requirements)

To submit a valid entry for one (1) Reward on a given platform, you must complete all of the following:

3.1. Share / post (image required)

You must create a new public post that includes a share image (photo or graphic) — for example, a still from or promotional image related to Sponsor’s washing machine stress-test video, a photo of a Goldback, or the share image provided by Sponsor for this Promotion.

Text-only posts, link-only posts without an attached image, story-only shares that expire, private “send to friends” shares, and pure reshare/reposts that do not result in your own post with a visible image do not qualify, unless Sponsor’s announcement post expressly allows a specific share format.

Your post should clearly relate to Goldback Gurus / the designated content and must be posted on one of the following platforms:

Posts that are private, friends-only (if Sponsor cannot verify), deleted, image-free, or behind communities/settings that block Sponsor from viewing may be rejected.

3.2. Leave the post up

Your qualifying post must remain publicly viewable for at least seven (7) consecutive days from the time you send the required DM (Section 3.3).

If the post is deleted, made private, removed by the platform, or otherwise made unverifiable before the 7-day period ends, the entry is void and no Reward is owed for that entry.

3.3. Direct message Goldback Gurus on the same platform

Within a reasonable time after posting (and while the post is still live), DM the official Goldback Gurus account on the same platform where you posted, and include:

1. A direct link (URL) to your qualifying post (the post that includes the required share image); 2. Your full name as it should appear on mail; 3. A complete U.S. mailing address suitable for letter mail (name, street address, city, state, ZIP); 4. A valid email address (required) for verification and shipping questions.

Official accounts (confirm handles on Sponsor’s current profiles before DMing):

• Facebook: Goldback Gurus (official page / account as published by Sponsor)
• Reddit: u/GoldbackGurus or such other official Reddit account Sponsor designates in the promo post

DMs to wrong accounts, personal employee accounts, or third parties do not count.

3.4. Timing

Entries must be received during the Promotion Period stated in Sponsor’s announcement post (or, if none is stated, until Rewards are exhausted under Section 5). Late DMs or posts made after the Reward pool is closed may be rejected.

4. One Reward per person

4.1. Maximum Rewards per person: one (1) for the entire Promotion, regardless of how many platforms you use.

4.2. You may enter on either Facebook or Reddit (or attempt both), but you can receive only one (1) Reward. Completing valid entries on both platforms does not earn a second Goldback.

4.3. If you submit complete, verifiable DMs for both platforms, Sponsor will honor only the first complete entry received (by DM time under Section 5.2). Any later entry from the same person is ineligible for an additional Reward.

4.4. Additional posts or shares on the same platform do not earn extra Rewards.

5. Quantity limit — first 100 Rewards

5.1. Sponsor will fulfill a maximum of one hundred (100) Rewards under this Promotion (the “Pool”).

5.2. Fulfillment order is determined by the order in which Sponsor receives a complete, verifiable DM that includes a valid post link (to a post with the required share image), complete shipping information, and a valid email address — not by post time alone. Incomplete DMs do not hold a place in line.

5.3. Once 100 Rewards have been allocated to verified eligible entries, the Promotion is closed even if additional people complete the steps. Sponsor may, but is not obligated to, announce that the Pool is exhausted.

5.4. Each person may consume at most one (1) unit from the Pool.

6. Verification

6.1. Sponsor may verify:

• that the post exists, is public, includes a share image, and remains up for 7 days;
• that the post is a genuine share related to Goldback Gurus / the designated content;
• account authenticity and eligibility;
• that shipping information and email are complete and the address is deliverable in the U.S.

6.2. Sponsor may request a screenshot or additional proof. Failure to cooperate within seven (7) days of a request may void the entry.

6.3. Decisions of Sponsor regarding eligibility, verification, and allocation of Rewards are final and binding.

7. Reward fulfillment & shipping

7.1. After verification (including, where applicable, confirmation that the post remained live for 7 days), Sponsor will ship the Reward by USPS First-Class Mail letter (or equivalent letter mail).

7.2. Shipping is untracked. No tracking number, signature confirmation, or insurance is provided.

7.3. Risk of loss passes to you upon Sponsor’s deposit of the letter with the postal service. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, returned, or damaged mail.

7.4. Sponsor will ship only to U.S. addresses. No P.O. Box restriction unless USPS letter rules require otherwise; if a given address cannot accept letter mail, Sponsor may request an alternate address or void shipping for that entry.

7.5. Allow a reasonable processing time after the 7-day post-retention period (typically several business days to a few weeks depending on volume).

7.6. No substitutions, except Sponsor may substitute a ¼ Goldback of comparable gold content/series if the specific stress-test inventory is exhausted, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

8. Nature of the Reward; no investment advice

8.1. Goldbacks are local currency / collectible gold notes, not legal tender of the United States. Value fluctuates with gold markets and collector demand.

8.2. Nothing in this Promotion is investment, tax, or legal advice.

8.3. Rewards are provided “as is” with respect to cosmetic condition of stress-test inventory, without warranty of grade, rarity premium, or future value.

9. Taxes

You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations arising from receipt of a Reward, if any. Sponsor may require a completed tax form (e.g., W-9) before fulfillment if required by law; failure to provide may forfeit the Reward.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes permission for Sponsor to use your first name, city/state, platform username, and the fact of participation for promotional purposes in any media, without further payment or consent. Sponsor will not publish your full street address.

11. Disqualification & fraud

Sponsor may disqualify any entry or participant that, in Sponsor’s reasonable judgment:

• violates these Terms or platform rules;
• uses bots, scripts, fake accounts, or spam;
• submits false address or identity information;
• harasses Sponsor or other users;
• removes or hides the post early;
• attempts to obtain more than one (1) Reward (including via multiple accounts or both platforms).

Disqualified entries receive nothing. Sponsor reserves all rights and remedies.

12. Platform disclaimer

12.1. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Meta, Reddit, or their affiliates.

12.2. You release Facebook/Meta and Reddit from any claims related to this Promotion.

12.3. You must comply with each platform’s terms of service and community rules. Platform enforcement (post removal, account bans) may void an entry even if you acted in good faith.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

13.1. Sponsor’s total liability arising out of any entry or Reward is limited to the ARV of one (1) Reward.

13.2. Sponsor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; lost profits; or losses from untracked mail.

13.3. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, platform outages, delayed or filtered DMs, or incomplete messages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

14. Privacy

Name, mailing address, and email you provide by DM are used solely to administer this Promotion (verification, fulfillment, fraud prevention, and related customer service). See Sponsor’s privacy policy at eclectic-coins.com (or the policy linked from Sponsor’s profiles) for general practices. Do not include sensitive data beyond what is needed for mail delivery.

15. Modification; termination

Sponsor may modify, suspend, or end the Promotion at any time if fraud, technical issues, legal requirements, or exhaustion of inventory/Pool so require. Changes will be announced on Sponsor’s primary promo post or profiles when practical. Entries already fully verified and allocated a Reward from the Pool before termination will still be fulfilled, subject to these Terms.

16. Governing law; disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes shall be the state or federal courts located in Garfield County, Colorado, except where prohibited.

18. Entire agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sponsor regarding the Promotion and supersede prior informal statements about the promo, except that Sponsor’s public promo post may specify the Promotion Period, official account handles, and designated video/post to share. If there is a conflict, these Terms control on legal conditions; the promo post may control on dates and handles if expressly updated.
