Information you enter

You may generate names and mottos, set series filters (state, year, artwork style, denomination), heart favorites, save named filter presets, and optionally fill inventory fields (state, year, denomination, etc.). This information is stored locally:

• Website desktop tool — browser localStorage on your device.
• iOS / Android app — device preferences / local storage only.

We do not operate user accounts and we do not upload your names or favorites to our servers.

Export and share

You may copy or export favorites (CSV or list) and use your device’s share sheet or email app. When you share or export, you choose the destination. We do not receive a copy unless you email us directly.

Network use

The core name generator works offline after the page or app has loaded. Limited network use may include:

• Loading this website, theme assets, and store links you open
• Optional store or support links you tap (App Store, Play Store, email, Eclectic Coins pages)

These requests do not include your generated names, favorites, or inventory fields.

Device storage

Clearing site data, uninstalling the app, or using “Clear all local data” in settings removes local App data on that device/browser. Theme preference and similar settings are also stored locally.

Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

By using Goldback Name Generator (website or mobile app), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your own collecting, listing, and organizational purposes. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or repackage the App as a competing service without written permission.

3. No affiliation

Goldback Name Generator is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Goldback, Inc. or any note issuer. “Goldback” is used only to describe the category of collectible notes collectors track.

4. Generated content

Names, titles, and mottos are fictional creative outputs. They are provided “as is” for personal nicknames, binder labels, and listing copy. You are responsible for how you use them (including any store or marketplace rules).

5. No professional advice

The App is not investment, legal, tax, or appraisal advice. Catalog filters are for convenience only and may not reflect complete or current issuer catalogs.

6. Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the website tool or app features at any time. Mobile store listings may become available separately.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ECLECTIC COINS AND ITS OPERATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
